General Shipping information: It takes approximately 2 to 3 business days to process and ship an order once the order is confirmed over the phone with our live sales representative and the payment is received. However, due to the high volume of orders, the processing time may take an additional 1 to 2 business days. If an order is placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, please add an additional business day to the procession time for completion of the order. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or national Holidays. We are not accepting international shipments at this time. Please refer to our shipping chart in reflection of the estimated time of arrival for all orders.

For Shipments to Washington, D.C. Maryland, Massachusetts, Maryland, Florida, New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Virginia, West Virginia, Maine, Connecticut, Vermont; an additional freight charge of $75 up to $175 is required to complete the order. For Hawaii and Alaska, the additional freight charges will be from $575 up to $1250 depending on the model of choice. Please email or contact us by phone for shipping rates prior to placing your order. Items that offer free shipping do not pertain to any of the above named states.
Once the order is ready, we process the shipments with the utmost professionalism. Each and every single one of the vehicles is tested prior to shipping preparation to ensure our customers are receiving fully functional vehicles. All vehicles are individually crated and palletized. As the images below will show, each shipment is packed to professional standard, in a all metal crate, covered by none other than the most sturdy of cardboard boxes, and lastly strapped onto a customized pallet to ensure safe travel even for the longest of distances.
|The crate will have several (4) steel bands holding the cardboard box in place surrounding the steel frame.|
The steel frame is welded in various areas; it is to be taken apart by using a 14mm wrench (supplied in the tool kit which you will find in a tool bag under the seat). A plastic cover and sometimes even bubble wraps are used to protect your vehicle from enduring the slightest of shipping damages. There are 4 wire lines used to hold the vehicle in place which can be cut using a regular household scissor once the customer is ready to remove the vehicle. The bottom of the frame is raised a few inches from the floor to allow easy access to a fork lift when undergoing transportation.

Each vehicle is secured on the pallet with two build for tough straps and finished with plastic film wrap.

Top rated Freight Company
Once your shipment is ready for shipping, we will arrange transportation with one of several freight companies that we trust and deal with on a daily basis. To complete all deliveries with ease, we require that the freight company must be able to access your area with a large truck (sometimes an 18-wheeler). The trucking company will contact you by phone prior to arranging the delivery, but it is recommended that you contact our sales representatives if special instructions to complete delivery are known beforehand. An adult over the age of 18 is required to be present to receive the shipment. Also be sure to fully inspect the shipment when it arrives, notify the driver of any damage or missing pieces.
It is very important that the contact phone numbers you provide us are reliable because the trucking company will always need to contact you. Without a delivery appointment, the transport company cannot make the delivery. Please be sure to be available on the specified date and times after you have set the appointment to receive your order. If you are not available at the time of the delivery on the specified date and time set by both yourself and the transport company, you will be responsible to pay a redelivery fee of $72 on the second attempt for delivery. Please make sure you are available at the time of delivery to avoid paying the redelivery fee of $72.
If the shipment arrives to your state and the transport company or we cannot get a hold of you for a delivery appointment within 3 days of arrival to the state, the shipment will be considered abandoned and will have to be returned back to our warehouse. Upon return of an undeliverable product, you will be responsible to pay the normal initial shipping costs, a 30% restocking fee and the return shipping costs, all that will be deducted from the total refund that you will be eligible upon the return. If the transport driver does not show up on the specified date and by the time frame given for delivery appointment you must call us right away so that we can contest the redelivery fee and that your delivery can be scheduled for a different day.
All ScooterDepot motor scooters, motorcycles and three wheeler trikes are street worthy and legal for registration for on road use, though it is the customer’s responsibility to check and confirm with each of the belonged state for licensing, registration and insurance requirements. Furthermore, every state is different when it comes to operating requirements as well, some need license, some does not , some needs a certain engine size to operate on highways as well.
After the receipt of your vehicle, you are required to contact our MSO/MCO dept by phone at 1.909.287.0388 or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org for the confirmation of your VIN number. The vehicles are shipped with our most trusted trucking companies, even though rare, to prevent from the vehicle being lost, damaged, or stolen and registered, we will forward all registration documentation once the vehicle is received by our designated customers. ScooterDepot will always forward the registration documentations to the billing address only. The consumer is responsible to forward the documents if it is meant for any third party other than the original billing party.

Prior to submitting an order, please verify all of your personal information carefully, false or incorrect information will delay your order procession. Our system generates a confirmation email upon receipt of your order. In this email you will see the exact item(s) ordered and a detailed breakdown of your purchase. Please verify all vital information such as item, shipping location and correct charges then print a copy of this email for your records.
Shortly after your order submission; you should expect a call from one of our sales representatives to verify your order information, including billing and shipping information, contact number(s) and other necessary information that you provided us in order to complete your order. If you listed an alternate shipping address, we will contact your issuing bank to verify the alternate shipping address is notated in your account. If it is not, please notate the alternate address with your bank and notify us.

Please note that all non-credit card orders will take longer to process because all Money Orders & Cashier Checks will be verified and also needs to clear our bank prior to release for shipping. Items that are available for immediate shipping will "Usually ship within 48 to 72 business hours". Remember that Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days and no packages will be shipped on these days. There may be an occasion when we are temporarily out of stock on a particular item. You will be notified both by email and by our sales representative if an Item is not available for immediate shipping. We may be expecting a normal shipment from the manufacturer or the item may be on back-order with the manufacturer. Usually we restock week by week, but on occasion an item may take up to several weeks to be replenished. You may always contact us for the current status of a certain item you wish to purchase.
Wrong Product received
If you suspect that the product you have received is not the product you ordered, you must contact us immediately by phone or email the same day you receive the order. You will be asked to take pictures of the vehicles and the outer portions of the box so that we can verify what was shipped to you. If you refuse to provide us with pictures proving what was sent, we cannot verify if the wrong product was sent. If after receiving your pictures we confirm that we did make a mistake in shipping the wrong product, you can choose to keep the product or refuse it and return it to obtain the right product ordered.
If you decide to keep the product, you must contact shipping department so that they can update your file with the item number delivered to make sure that we send you all the appropriate registration documents for the new model and any future parts replacement you may need. If the cost of the new product received is higher than the product ordered, we will confirm this with you and you are required to pay the difference in cost in order for you to keep the product.
If you do not wish to keep the product, we will arrange the transport company to pick up the merchandise and the correct product will be shipped. If you fueled and/or have used the product before we can verify that the product was delivered wrong, you will not be able to return the vehicle. No exceptions.

While an order is placed, information including your name, e-mail address, contact information, shipping & billing address, credit card details, customer preference information as well as other similar personal information will be requested.
This information is only being used for order processing purpose. The contact information may be used to contact the buyer or merchant banks if we are unable to process an order or credit card transaction successfully. Return & Cancellations
Cancellations: Upon making a purchase, you must contact us by phone within 24 hours after the order is placed to cancel the order. All cancellations are subject to a nonnegotiable nonrefundable $175 cancellation fee per unit. Upon cancellation, if the unit was ordered to be assembled, an additional $200 labor fee will be charged. This includes all promotions stating free assembly, as well as promotional items. Once the merchandise is shipped, the order may no longer be cancelled. If you choose to cancel your order once it has been shipped, you will be responsible for the initial shipping freight charge, the return freight charge and a 30% restocking fee to cover the time, labor and materials invested in preparing the shipment.
To cancel your order, please contact a Shipping Department representative by phone ONLY to request a cancellation. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation that briefly explains our cancellation agreement and the costs you would be responsible for, for the cancellation your order.
Warning! Manufacturer defects will only be covered not refunded. There are absolutely no refunds for any fueled items or used items regardless of damage or performance. All sales are FINAL. Any unauthorized package returns without a valid RMA number written on the exterior packaging will be refused and sent back to the customer. Freight collect and COD packages will not be accepted.
If you decide to return a product that had a promotion of “Free Shipping, ” the above mentioned return charges will override any and all “free shipping” promotions and you are in turn liable for the shipping freight, return freight and also the 30% restocking fee.
All assembly and registration costs are not refundable. Due to hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns of any helmets. Once your helmet order has been placed and credit card charged or payment received and processed, all helmet cancelation will be subject to a non-negotiable, non-refundable cancellation fee of $35.00. Once your confirmation to cancel and or return the product is received in writing, we will arrange the return or cancellation through our shipping and accounting department. Please allow 10 to 15 business days for the procession of your refund after the order has been cancelled and or returned.
ScooterDepot attempts every effort to ensure that products are completely functional and free of any damage before shipment from our warehouse. We strongly suggest our customers to please inspect your new product immediately upon receipt. If the vehicle is damaged during shipping, you must contact our Customer Service Department within 3 days of delivery to obtain a RMA number and we will provide you with free replacements parts, & free live telephone technical support within the 30 days warranty period. However, if you insist on returning the product, all returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee, original shipping and handling are not refundable.
Customers are responsible for returning the merchandise at their own expense. Freight collect and COD packages will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for any damage or loss occurred during the return shipping. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from ScooterDepot All returns must be pre-authorized by ScooterDepot personnel.
To receive your Return Authorization Number, please call us at 1.909.287.0388. Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receiving the product and item must be received in 100% new, unused, never registered, re-sellable condition. The vehicle is also required to be in it’s original packaging. Merchandise is not eligible for refund if it has been ridden, worn, used, abused or damaged in any way. Merchandise must arrive complete (including warranty cards, manuals, accessories, promotional items, etc.)
We will not accept any scooter returns with any unsatisfactory conditions. Please check the legal status of scooters in your area, AND you may contact your state legislature and local Department of Motor Vehicles. If you are returning the product, you must read the following terms thoroughly! Only after an satisfactory inspection of the returned product, will a refund be issued back through your original form of payment. You must meet all the named terms to qualify for a refund. A copy of your original invoice must be included in along the return shipment. . - All packaging materials, instruction sheets and/or instruction manuals must be returned. - All manuals and warranty registration cards must be unmarked. - Display the RMA number prominently on the outside of the box to avoid delays to your refund.

Shipment Inspection / Shipping Damage Claims Policy
It is our strongest recommendation that you inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival, and note/notify Any and All Damages to the shipment, including visible damages to the shipping box (container). If there is any damage to your shipment, you must note this on the Bill of Lading when you sign for the package(s). You must also report any Damages to ScooterDepot (Sunny Sports Inc) by telephone at (909) 287-0388 within 5 business days of receiving your shipment in order for us to file a claim for the damages with the transport company that handled the delivery. If you report any damages during that time, ScooterDepot (Sunny Sports Inc) will file the claim with the trucking company on your behalf and determine means of remedy for the situation, includes but not limited to sending out replacement parts free of charge. If you do not report damages to ScooterDepot (Sunny Sports Inc) within 5 days we will not be able to file any claims for you, and you may have to pay for parts to repair your product. In situations where you are accepting more than one package, please do a complete box count and write on the Bill of Lading of how many boxes you received before the driver leaves. If a package is refused without prior approval by ScooterDepot (Sunny Sports Inc), the restocking fee will apply. If your vehicle sustained structural and frame damages beyond repair, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately so we can prepare to send you a replacement unit. If you receive your vehicle with minor damages, please accept the vehicle and take pictures of damages and e-mail them to us at: email@example.com. We will send replacement parts to your free of charge.
We guaranty our products from manufacturer defects within the first 30 days of receiving your order. This warranty covers factory defects and defaults only. We do not cover misuse or broken parts caused by the user or by any other event. ScooterDepot will be responsible for the shipping costs on the liable warranty part(s) shipment only. Any additional warranty parts which are needed will require the customer to pay any and all shipping and handling costs.
We may require the original part be returned to us with a copy of the invoice and a brief statement indicating the defective nature of the merchandise. Upon arrival, we will verify the defect. Please note, items are covered for regular use only. If we find the cause to be from misuse or abuse the item(s) may be outside the warranty (including mis-diagnosis), the customer will incur the labor and/or repair charges as well as return shipping charges.
The liable replacement warranty parts order is shipped without charge for the first order only. It is the customer's responsibility to have the repair or part installation performed at their expense regardless of the situation. Labor is not covered under warranty under any circumstances. If it is necessary for the full product to be returned for repair or replacement, customers are responsible for the shipping cost to and from ScooterDepot.

180 Days Limited Parts Warranty Detail: Remember Warranty is effective only if: (1) The product is completely and correctly assembled by any end users (2) The product is used under normal conditions for its intended purpose; (3)The product receives all necessary maintenance and adjustments. 1. Engines are not covered. Each engine is started, tuned up and tested before we ship the vehicle to you. 2. The warranty does not cover wear and tear of the products, plastic parts & components (color coordinated housings, etc.) batteries, brakes, brakes handles, seats, lights, belts, tires or gas engine or any other parts damage due to abuse or misuse. 3. Spark plugs are not covered. Spark plug wire is not covered if damaged from engine heat. 4. Tires, tubes & flat tires are not covered unless damaged during shipping. (Shipping damage must be reported to us within 3 days of receiving vehicle and is not covered past this period). You will need to send digital pictures of your damage in order to generate a claim. 5. Kickstand and center stand is not covered. 6. Damage caused due to an improperly adjusted chain falling off, broken sprockets, brake rotors and wheel bearings are not covered. Customers should take care to lube and tighten the chain after each ride. 7. Battery will be covered for 1 week. 8. Light bulbs are not covered under warranty due to the excessive natural vibration. 9. Labor is not covered under warranty 11. We do not reimburse for warranty parts. All parts under warranty must be ordered directly from our parts department.
PARTS RETURN POLICY:
There are no returns, exchanges, store credit or refunds for parts purchases. All parts sales are final. Please be sure you are ordering the correct part. Send in the part if requested or a picture if necessary to one of our parts staff members to help ensure you are purchasing the right part.
ATTENTION ALL DEALERS & THEIR CONSUMERS:
Limited Warranty: 12 Months for covered engine parts and frame. 180 days for covered parts. Please read below for additional details. All warranty claims must be handled through the dealer where you made the original purchase from. Repairs deemed to be warranty related may be carried out by our certified technicians at our Chino, CA facility. It may be necessary to leave a credit card deposit prior to repair if repairs are suspected or deemed to be non-warranty related. ie misdiagnosed, abuse, vandalism, accident etc.
If you cannot reach your dealer you will need to furnish a copy of your original invoice which must show our model number and vin number on the invoice before we can warranty your product directly. PARTS ONLY FOR ALL PRODUCTS, THIS LIMITED WARRANTY COVERS THE FOLLOWING PARTS ONLY: Engine long block assembly, including internal lubricated parts, i.e. Rings, pistons, pins, crankshaft and, main bearings, connecting rod, and rod bearings, camshaft bearings, timing chain gears, rocker arms, valve springs, valve guides, valve seats, valve push rods, valve lifters, and oil pump. Additionally, the engine head(s), engine block and cylinder barrels will be covered if they are solely as a result of the mechanical failure of one or more of the internal lubricated components specified above. The Cooling system must be in good working order including cooling fans. Accessory items, including but not limited to electrical components of all types (distributor, alternator and all sensors and electrical control devices), fuel systems, gaskets, seals, filters, mounts linkage and fluids are not covered by this agreement.
TRANSFER CASE: All internal lubricated parts contained within the transfer case. The transfer case itself will be covered if damage solely as a result of the mechanical failure of one or more of the internal lubricated components contained within the transfer case. Accessory items, including but not limited to, U-joints, electrical components, linkage, seals, gaskets, mounts or fluids are not covered by this Agreement. DIFFERENTIAL: All internal lubricated parts contained within the drive axle housing case. The drive axle housing itself if damaged solely as a result of the mechanical failure of one or more or the internal lubricated components contained the drive axle housing. Accessory items, including but not limited to, backing plates, all brake system components, cables, controls, linkage, vents, pumps, U-joints, electrical controls, mounts, seals, gaskets, and fluids are not covered by this Agreement. TRANSMISSION (Automatic or Standard): All internal lubricated parts contained within the transmission case. The transmission case itself if damaged solely as a result of mechanical failure of one or more of the internal lubricated components contained within the transmission case. The Complete oiling system must be flushed including integral transfer case, oil cooler, lines, and new filter(s) installed. Accessory items, including but not limited to, modulators, governors, electrical controls, linkage, mounts, seals, gaskets, and fluids are not covered by this agreement.
COVERAGE AND LIMITATIONS: You must have a professional mechanic or an authorized dealer assemble your new motorized vehicle and do the prep work to assure your vehicle is in good working condition. You will need to provide proof of this when filing a warranty claim, so keep your receipts. Subject to the limitations stated in this agreement, Sunny Sports Inc agrees (at its sole discretion and election) to replace a covered component if the covered component fails as a result of one or more of the internal lubricated parts within the component stated warranty period from the date of purchase, while the component is being used under the conditions and in the manner specified by its original manufacturer.
The following items are not covered under any circumstance. Tires, rims, body panels, fuses, forks, shocks, gaskets, light bulbs, seats, CV Boots, oil filter, air filter, fuel filter, filters, clutch wear parts, cables, drive belt, chain, spark plug, any part made from rubber, belts, brake linings and/or pads, batteries, sprockets, external springs, clips, nuts, bolts, fasteners, frame, off road steering/suspension and related components. Initial Preperation and delivery issues (DEALER ONLY): Items not covered by the warranty above may be covered under the initial set up of the vehicle if reported to Sunny Sports Inc by the dealer. Contact your sales rep for details.
THIS AGREEMENT AND LIMITED WARRANTY IS VOID IF ANY OF THE FOLLOWING IS TRUE: -THE CUSTOMER DOES NOT USE A PROFESSIONAL MECHANIC OR AN AUTHORIZED DEALER TO ASSEMBLE AND PREP THE PRODUCT PRIOR TO OPERATION. Proof of this is required for warranty claims. -THE DAMAGE TO THE COMPONENT IS CAUSED BY AN ACCIDENT. -THE CUSTOMER FAILS TO FOLLOW THE MINIMUM MAINTENANCE AND BREAK-IN REQUIREMENTS SUGGESTED BY THE MANUFACTURER AND FAILS TO PROVIDE PROPER SERVICE DOCUMENTS. -THE DAMAGE TO THE PRODUCT IS CAUSED DURING SHIPPING. -PRODUCT IS USED IN A MANNER WHICH IT WAS NOT DESIGNED FOR. -THE PRODUCT IS MODIFIED IN ANYWAY. -THE PRODUCT IS USED IN RENTAL OR COMMERCIAL BUSINESS. TOWING CHARGES: All towing and/or shipping charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer. REPAIRED COMPONENTS: If the components are repaired under the terms of this agreement, they will be repaired or replaced with component parts of like kind and quality.
LABOR TO REPAIR OR REPLACE PARTS: Sunny Sports Inc does not pay or reimburse any labor cost under any circumstances. S&H Charges and WHO pays: IN WARRANTY: If your product is still under warranty you may return a part for exchange, at your expense, to our Chino California Distribution center. We will pay return shipping to you unless it is determined your part was abused or damaged other than manufacturers defect. Your dealer may handle the parts exchange for you at no expense to you however the option to do so is that of the dealers and we have no control of a dealers in house parts exchange policies. Out of warranty: Customer is to pay for parts, S&H both ways and all labor charges. In all cases you must send us the part that needs to be replaced. Failure to do so may result in your getting the wrong part. We are not responsible for wrong parts sent if we do not have your part to exchange.
SHIPPING POLICY: The following is our shipping policy in general. See above for specifics of in/out of warranty shipping. -All shipping related fees must be prepaid in full. Unless the customer is using Freight collect or has arranged his/her own freight. -Sunny Sports Inc cannot guarantee delivery schedule. -Sunny Sports Inc is not responsible for shipping delays. -Sunny Sports Inc is not responsible for damages occurred during shipping. -Sunny Sports Inc is not responsible for any extra cost incurred by the customer after the part has been shipped. -Sunny Sports Inc is not responsible for return shipping costs and these costs must be included with the initial part order if not in warranty. If shipping funds are not included the part will not be shipped. -Sunny Sports Inc is not responsible for any cancellation incurred cost. All incurred costs due to cancellation must be paid in full and is not refundable. (Example: If product or part has left the warehouse and the order is cancelled the shipping company will charge freight, whenever the product leaves our warehouse.)
LIMITED WARRANTY TRANSFERABILITY: THIS WARRANTY IS NOT TRANSFERABLE. NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR AGREEMENTS: THERE ARE NO AGREEMENTS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OTHER THAN THOSE STATED IN THIS AGREEMENT. Sunny Sports Inc SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PAYMENT OF DAMAGES, OTHER THAN THE SUMS SPECIFIED IN THIS AGREEMENT AND LIMITED WARRANTY, FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM INJURY, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF TIME, RENTAL VEHICLES, PROFITS, OR INCOME TO THE CUSTOMER AS A RESULT OF A FAILURE OF ANY COMPONENT OR PART. NO OTHER AGREEMENT:
There are no other agreements between the parties with regards to the components purchased except as stated in this agreement & limited warranty. REPLACEMENT PART: Sunny Sports Inc reserves the right to inspect the defective part before replacing it. In some cases Sunny Sports Inc will require customer to send in the defective part for inspection before exchange can be made. The inspection process might take from 2-4 business days after its arrival to the designated inspection office. Sunny Sports Inc will decide if the part in question is defective or otherwise. Sunny Sports Inc does not reimburse shipping fee(s). It is the responsibility of the buyer, dealer and distributor and/or end user, and not Sunny Sports Inc, to ascertain, and obey, all applicable local, state, federal and international laws in regard to the possession, and use, of any item purchased from Sunny Sports Inc.
All equipment is sold subject to public law and any local, state or federal ordinances or international law. Dealers and end users must consult their local, state & country laws before ordering or purchasing products made or distributed by Sunny Sports Inc. Dealer/Distributor agrees that absolutely no sales of any of our motorized products will be to minors. By placing an order, the buyer represents that the products ordered will be used in a lawful manner and that he/she is of legal age. Sunny Sports Inc will not be held liable for the misuse of any product purchased from us or any of our distributors & dealers.

Purchaser has had the opportunity to ask any and all questions regarding this agreement and the effect of the same. Purchaser is aware that by ordering and sending payments for any item(s), purchaser assumes all risks and waives and releases certain substantial rights that purchaser may have or posses. Purchaser therefore releases all liability and waives any and all rights purchaser may have in regards to purchases made of product directly or indirectly from Sunny Sports Inc. New Vehicle Preparation
Please follow these instructions before you drive your new vehicle!
1) Oil in vehicle engine is packaging oil and you need to change it! Running vehicle with packaging oil can cause severe damage and void warranty. Oil capacity can be found in your owner’s manual if provided with one. Here is a quick list of engine types and oil capacity:
Oil Type (4 stroke motorcycle oil 10w-40 exceeding SG standards)
50cc and 150cc scooters = 750mL
150cc Automatic CVT Go Carts = 750mL
250cc-300cc Scooters, Go Carts (vertical engine/CN250) = 1000 mL
250cc-300cc Scooter, Go Carts (Horizontal engine/ YP250) = 1100mL
50cc- 125cc Atvs, Go Carts, Pit Bikes = 600mL
200cc-250cc Dirt Bikes = 1200mL
Oil change intervals: 300 miles (first oil change) 1000 miles (second oil change) Then every 1000 miles after
2) Please check all bolts, nuts, and hardware. Even if you ordered the vehicle completely assembled it is advised you should check for any loose hardware and tighten.
3) Prepping the battery: You will be provided with battery hardware, cover, and acid. Fill the battery with the acid and allow 15 minutes for acid to react with cells, then charge battery at .05-2 amps with a 12v battery charger for 2-4 hours(local auto parts stores can charge your battery for free if you do not have a charger.
4) Install battery, fill vehicle with gas(90 or above octane only) Check all functions(headlights work only with engine running) Start vehicle by applying the your brakes(make sure brake light is on or working) push start button. Initial start usually takes longer, the vehicle fuel system is priming fuel into the system. Please do not crank engine using electric start for more than 5 seconds or 8 revolutions at one time, this will over heat your starter and voids your warranty.
5) Once your vehicle is running please check all functions of your vehicle before operating.
(brakes, lights, steering, tires(tire pressure is 32-24 psi front and rear), oil, throttle(makes sure throttle grip return to position, adjust or lube for proper function)
6) Initial operation of vehicle: First 1000 miles is your break-in period, Please do not accelerate rapidly or abruptly. Slowly apply throttle and avoid hard stops. During this period you are only allowed to accelerate vehicle to ¾ maximum throttle/accelerator. Make sure you DO NOT STAY IN ONE CONSTANT SPEED!!!! This is very important to keep speed variable. Staying in one speed for a long period of time can cause engine to wear in unevenly and damage engine. This is also voids your warranty if these instructions are not followed.
